GRANT SERVICES PUBLIC NOTICE REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS

 

Medina County intends to submit an application to the Texas Department of Agriculture Office of Rural Affairs (TDA) under the 2021-2022 Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) Fund for public infrastructure improvements. Accordingly, Medina County is seeking to contract with a qualified Professional Administrator or Service Provider (individual/firm) to assist with the application and administer the contract if awarded. Copies of the Request for Proposal are available by clicking on the following link TxCDBG-RFP or by contacting the Medina County Auditor’s Office by email at purchasing@medinacountytexas.org   

Please submit 3 copies and a USB drive of your proposal of services and a statement of qualifications for the proposed services. Responses are to be sealed and addressed to the Medina County Auditor, Eduardo Lopez, with “RFP 21-22 TDA CDBG” clearly marked on the outside of the envelope or box. All RFPs may be mailed or hand delivered to 1616 Avenue M, Suite 100, Hondo, TX 78861 by Monday, November 2, 2020 at 4:00 pm (CST). Office hours are Monday-Thursday 7:30 am to 5:00 pm and Friday 8:00 am to 12:00 pm. The office is closed for lunch from 12:00 pm to 12:30 pm Monday-Thursday. Medina County will not accept responses submitted electronically. 

 

Medina County reserves the right to negotiate with any and all individuals or firms that submit proposals, as per the Texas Professional Services Procurement Act and the Uniform Grant and Contract Management Standards.  Section 3 Residents and Business Concerns, Minority Business Enterprises, Small Business Enterprises and Women Business Enterprises are encouraged to submit proposals.  Medina County is an Affirmative Action/Equal Opportunity Employer.  Servicios de traducción están disponibles por peticion.

Medina County plans to apply for the upcoming Texas Department of Agriculture Office of Rural Affairs (TDA) under the 2021-2022 Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) Fund for public infrastructure improvements.  Accordingly, Medina County is seeking to contract with a qualified Engineering/Architectural/Surveying Firm(s) (individual/firm) to prepare all preliminary and final design plans and specifications, and to conduct all necessary interim and final inspections.  These services are being solicited to assist Medina County in its application preparation and project implementation of a TxCDBG contract, if awarded, to support eligible activities in Medina County.  Copies of the Request for Qualification are available by clicking on the following link TxCDBG-RFQ or by contacting the Medina County Auditor’s Office by email at purchasing@medinacountytexas.org

REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS – INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY (IT) & TELECOMMUNICATIONS SERVICES

 

Medina County is seeking Request for Proposals (RFPs) for Information Technology (IT) and Telecommunication Services, managing all facets of technology needed throughout the County. Vendors are invited to submit RFPs and are required to provide as much detail as possible in their proposal regarding the scope of services approach, capability, and experience in order to protect and secure the technology utilized by county personnel. Copies of the Request for Proposal are available by clicking on the following link RFP IT & Telecommunications or by contacting the Medina County Auditor’s Office by email at purchasing@medinacountytexas.org.  There will be mandatory site visits, the schedule is located in Section

All proposals shall include a statement indicating that the submitter is authorized to offer this proposal by his or her company and may bind the company under contract if selected.

The County reserves the right to reject any or all proposals or to accept any proposal considered most beneficial regardless of the price.
