  • Subdivision Rules & Regulations

    The Medina County Commissioners Court will hold a public hearing to discuss the Medina County Subdivision Rules and Regulations on February 10, 2025, at 9:00AM in the Commissioners Courtroom located in the Courthouse Annex, 1300 Avenue M, Room 165 Hondo TX 

    Copies of the draft Subdivision Rules and Regulations will be available in the Medina County Judge’s Office, all Offices of the Precinct Commissioners or by clicking the following link.  Draft Subdivision Rules & Regulations.

  • Application to Vacate & Replat

    The Medina County Commissioners Court will consider and act upon an application to vacate and replat Lots 230, 231 & 232, Dancing Bear Ranch Subdivision, Unit Three, to combine them into a single lot.  Located in Precinct 1 on  Private Road 1720.
